Core Processing Functions

The ECOFLEX system integrates several processing stages into a single compact unit.

Coffee Pulping

The pulping system removes the outer pulp from ripe coffee cherries while separating immature beans and impurities.

Parchment Separation

A rotary screen system separates pulped coffee beans from waste materials and remaining pulp residues.

Mucilage Removal (Optional)

The system can include a progressive mucilage remover, which removes the mucilage layer from the coffee beans while maintaining bean integrity.

Feed System (Optional)

A feed screw conveyor can be integrated to automate the feeding of coffee cherries into the pulping system.
