How It Works
Coffee enters the machine through the intake hopper and moves into the mucilage removal chamber.
Inside the chamber:

A rotating screw rotor moves the beans upward.

Water injection nozzles wash the beans and loosen the mucilage.

Friction between beans and agitation remove the mucilage layer.

Wastewater containing mucilage exits through the funnel discharge.
