Capacity reference is based on product with repass of up to 20% and density of approximately 0.65 t/m³, such as clean coffee.
How It Works
The CPFBNR uses a vibrating perforated deck, controlled airflow, and adjustable vibration to stratify product by weight. Lighter product floats on the air cushion and moves toward discharge, while heavier impurities such as stones remain in contact with the deck and are directed to the stone outlet.
This process improves cleaning efficiency and prepares product for the next stages of processing.
